Debt Notary respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated data.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Debt Notary account and all associated data, please send an email to:

Email Requirements

Please include the following information so we can verify your request:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Registered email address used to sign in to the app
(Optional) Additional details to help us identify your account

What Will Be Deleted

Once your request is verified and processed, we will permanently delete:

Your user account and authentication data
Debt records and transaction history
Contacts you added or imported
Uploaded images or attachments
App activity associated with your account

This action is irreversible.

Processing Time

We process account deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a valid request. You may receive a confirmation email once the deletion is completed.

Partial Data Deletion

At this time, Debt Notary does not support deleting individual data types (such as records or images) without deleting the entire account.
